French investment firm Tikehau Capital is set to acquire a majority stake in the Flemish defence company ScioTeq, according to a press release issued on Monday. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Headquartered in Kortrijk, ScioTeq specialises in high-performance display systems for the aerospace and defence sectors. In addition to its Belgian headquarters, the company operates facilities in France and the United States and has commercial offices in India and Singapore.
