Russian Forces Advance in Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk Regions
Russian occupation troops have made significant advances in the settlements of Kam’yanske in the Zaporizhzhia region and Shevchenko in the Novopavlivsk direction. Additionally, they reported success near the villages of Vil’ne Pole and Burlats’ke in the Donetsk region, according to analysts from the information resource DeepState, reports 24brussels.
The operational-tactical grouping of troops “Khortytsia” reported that Russian forces are accumulating reserves and aiming to intensify offensive operations in the Novopavlivsk direction.
Russian troops are also exerting significant pressure on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Pokrovsk direction, particularly around Myrne, Poltavka, Razine, Myroliubivka, Rusynyi Yar, Yelyzavetivka, Udachne, Malynivka, Volodymyrivka, Oleksiivka, Lysyivka, Horikhove, and Zvirove. Ukrainian defenders are currently taking necessary measures to prevent a deterioration of the tactical situation in this area.
The occupiers continue their attempts to reach the administrative border of the Dnipro region and are reportedly trying to penetrate the area on motorcycles.
Journalist and serviceman of the 13th National Guard Brigade “Khartiya,” Yurii Butusov, emphasized that the occupiers have approached within 600 meters of the administrative border with Dnipropetrovsk region. Ukrainian military official Stanislav Bunatov pointed out that this region has a lower population density compared to Donetsk, consequently allowing Russian troops to advance here more rapidly.
