Drone Strikes Hit Radio Manufacturing Facility in Stavropol

On Saturday morning, July 26, a series of explosions reverberated through the Russian city of Stavropol as strike drones targeted the “Signal” factory, which specializes in the production of electronic warfare systems for aircraft, including components for the Russian ground-based “Topol-E” station, reports 24brussels.

Stavropol Governor Vladimir Vladimirov confirmed the drone attack on the region, noting that impacts had been detected at industrial sites.

The “Signal” factory has been under sanctions from the European Union, Japan, and the United States since the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Just days before the Stavropol incident, drones struck two critical military-industrial complex facilities in Russia. In Stavropol Krai, they successfully hit the Nevinnomyssk nitrogen factory, and in Tambov Oblast, the Kotovsky powder factory was targeted.
