Iran Seizes Drones Linked to Israeli Intelligence in Tehran

The Iranian police uncovered a safe house in Tehran associated with Israeli intelligence services — Mossad — and confiscated numerous unmanned aerial vehicles assembled on site. This discovery comes nearly two months following a 12-day war initiated by Israel, reports 24brussels.

The Mehr news agency, citing an anonymous source familiar with the situation, reported that a central police station in Tehran identified the location on Nosrat Street, close to Enghelab Square in the capital. The site was allegedly used for assembling drones for Israeli operatives, resulting in the seizure of several unmanned aerial vehicles during the raid.

In recent weeks, Iranian authorities have revealed the discovery of multiple workshops dedicated to drone production to support the Israeli regime during the 12-day conflict that occurred from June 13 to 24.

Last week, Iranian police announced the detention of 21,000 individuals amid the confrontation with Israel, which claimed over a thousand lives in Iran, including numerous high-ranking military personnel and nuclear scientists.

As tensions escalate, Iran continues to respond assertively to any perceived threats, with military officials promising a robust reaction to future provocations from Israel. The ongoing conflict and subsequent arrests underscore the heightened state of alert within Iran following the military engagements experienced earlier this year.
