Russian Drone Attacks in Dnipropetrovsk Region Result in Casualties

On the morning of August 24, 2025, Russian forces launched drone attacks on the Synelnykivskyi district of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, leading to the death of a 47-year-old woman in the Dubovyky community. This information was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, who expressed condolences to the victim’s relatives, reports 24brussels.

The attacks also caused damage to agricultural facilities, as well as harm to both apartment and private homes, along with a summer kitchen.

In another instance, drones targeted the Mezhivska community, igniting a private residence and an outbuilding.

Additionally, Russian troops struck the Malomykhailivska community with KAB bombs, resulting in the destruction of several private houses.

Furthermore, overnight, a missile attack hit Pavlohrad, sparking a fire that rescue services successfully extinguished.

The Nikopol district also faced assaults from aggressors utilizing FPV drones and artillery, impacting the cities of Nikopol, Marhanets, and Chervonohryhorivka. A five-story building sustained significant damage.

Earlier it was reported that today, August 24, around 00:50, after warnings from the Armed Forces of Ukraine regarding a ballistic threat, explosions were heard in Pavlohrad.
