Google Unveils Specifications for Pixel 10 Pro Fold Ahead of Launch
Google officially previewed its much-anticipated Pixel 10 Pro Fold on August 15, 2025, with a leak revealing critical specifications ahead of its launch at next week’s Made by Google event, reports 24brussels.
The flagship foldable device is set to feature an IP68 rating, ensuring comprehensive protection against dust and full submersion in water. This rating was speculated last month and positions the Pixel 10 Pro Fold advantageously against competitors such as Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Motorola’s Razr Ultra, which do not offer complete dustproof capabilities.
The Pixel 10 Pro Fold boasts a 6.4-inch external display, slightly larger than the 6.3-inch screen of its predecessor, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Both displays have also seen a brightness increase, with maximum brightness elevated from 2,700 nits to 3,000 nits. Additionally, the device supports 15W Qi2 wireless charging; however, it does not accommodate the recently introduced faster 25W charging standard. Camera improvements include a significant upgrade to 10x optical zoom, an increase from the previous model’s 5x capability.
As anticipation builds, details concerning the full specifications have begun to surface, including the promise of enhanced display technology and improved camera features, setting the stage for a highly competitive market ahead of the device’s release.
