One of the main initiatives in 2025 is the launch of the ReArm Europe fund, aimed at accelerating the build-up of European defense capabilities. Its objectives:
- Increase the production of ammunition – support factories in Germany, France, and the Czech Republic;
- Investing in the Ukrainian defense industry – joint production of drones, artillery, and armored vehicles;
- Simplifying the supply of weapons to Kyiv – new financing mechanisms;
- Coordination of defense procurement between EU member states.
ReArm Europe will allow Europe to become independent in the production of military equipment and speed up assistance to Ukraine.
