A mobile application named “Reserv+” is currently operational in Ukraine, enabling military service members to update their registration details, including phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses. The application also displays the status of each service member.
Lawyer Roman Simutin provided insights to the publication “UNIAN” regarding the significance of each status within the application.
According to Simutin, various statuses are assigned to military service members, reservists, and conscripts within the “Reserv+” application:
- registered;
- deregistered;
- excluded from registration;
- not registered;
- data being clarified;
- under investigation.
The app also incorporates deferment or reservation information for military service members. However, Simutin noted that if a reservation request is made by an employer through “Diiu” and does not appear in the application within a day, it likely indicates issues with documentation. For instance, if a person’s status in “Reserv+” indicates “Not Registered” or “Under Investigation,” their reservation request may be denied.
Status “Registered in Reserv+”
This indicates that military service members and reservists designated as “Registered in Reserv+” are required to report to the Territorial Center for Recruitment (TCK) upon receiving a summons.
Status “Conscription”
This status applies to individuals under 25 years old. Upon reaching this age, the “Reserv+” application automatically changes their status to that of military service members. If a conscript who turns 25 does not report to the TCK to obtain “Registered” status, they may be listed as “Under Investigation.”
Status “Deregistered”
The status “Deregistered” in “Reserv+” should not be confused with “Excluded from Registration.” The “Deregistered” status means that a person has been removed from the records at one TCK and must register with another Territorial Center within seven days.
Status “Excluded from Registration”
This status is assigned to those deemed unfit for service according to the Military Medical Commission’s findings and those who have reached the maximum age for military registration. They are no longer considered military service members.
Status “Not Registered”
This means that the individual is not on the records of any TCK. This can occur for several reasons – if a person has not received a military ID, due to errors in data entry, or because of a technical malfunction. In such cases, individuals must contact their local TCK to register.
Status “Being Clarified”
The status “Requires Clarification” in “Reserv+” indicates that information about the individual exists in the “Obereg” registry but is not linked to any TCK. They should also contact the TCK for data updates.
Status “Under Investigation”
The “Under Investigation” status is assigned when there is no information available on the individual at any TCK, such as a conscript who has not appeared at the TCK after turning 25 or someone who has moved to a new residence but did not deregister at their previous TCK, consequently falling off the radar.
