On June 23, a ballistic attack on Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi resulted in the tragic deaths of two individuals and left twelve others injured. This was reported by Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, who also shared the aftermath of the strike.

Kiper expressed his condolences to the families of the deceased, stating, “As a result of the Russian strike in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, two people have died. Heartfelt sympathies to the relatives and friends… Currently, it is also known that at least twelve others have been injured.”

According to his report, three of the injured are in critical condition. The remaining nine victims, including two teenagers, are in moderate condition.

The attack specifically targeted an educational facility in the city. Fortunately, there were no children present during the strike, as they are currently on summer break.

It is important to note that during the night of June 23, Russia launched an extensive assault on Ukraine, deploying 352 Kamikaze drones and 16 Iskander-K and Iskander-M/KN-23 missiles, most of which were directed at Kyiv. In total, over 30 individuals were reported injured in the capital. Significant damage to civil infrastructure was recorded in the Svyatoshyn, Holosiivskyi, Solomianskyi, and Podilskyi districts of Kyiv. Additionally, the strike led to the destruction of an apartment belonging to Taras Topolya, the frontman of the Ukrainian band “Antytila.”

In light of the continuing tensions and military actions, the situation remains critical, with numerous casualties and widespread concerns over safety and security across the regions affected, reports 24brussels.
