Explosions Rock Kyiv Amid Drone Attack

On July 21, 2025, explosions were reported in Kyiv around 1:30 AM, according to Timur Tkachенко, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration. “Loud explosions in Kyiv. Please stay in shelters until the all-clear,” he posted on Telegram.

By 1:52 AM, Tkachенко announced that a non-residential building’s roof caught fire in the Darnytsia district as a result of the attack. The details are still being confirmed.
