Drone Strikes Hit Sumy Region Amid Ongoing Attacks

In the early hours of August 25, hostile drones targeted the Sumy community in Ukraine, as confirmed by Oleg Grygorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, reports 24brussels.

Grygorov also reported strikes in the Romny community. Preliminary assessments indicate that there have been no casualties in either location, though information about injured individuals is still being verified. Fires erupted at the impact sites, and emergency services are currently assessing and addressing the aftermath.

According to Grygorov, the Russian attack on the Sumy region has been ongoing for almost 24 hours. Air raid alerts are still in effect. He urges residents to remain in shelters and heed warning signals.
