Ukrainian Forces Strike Russian Army Command Post in Donetsk

On June 30, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed that Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully struck a command post of the 8th Combined Arms Army of Russia located in occupied Donetsk, reports 24brussels.

The extent of enemy losses is currently being assessed. The General Staff emphasized that this precision strike significantly hinders the Russian military’s ability to plan and conduct operations in the Pokrovsk and Toretsk directions.

On the evening of June 30, powerful explosions were heard in Donetsk. Attacks targeted the railway station and the production facilities of a metallurgical plant. Reports indicate that Ukrainian forces utilized Storm Shadow missiles or the R-360 Neptune anti-ship missile system in the strikes.

This military engagement highlights the ongoing conflict dynamics, with continued Ukrainian offensives aimed at degrading Russian military infrastructure and capabilities.
