Deadly Drone Strike in Lozova: Two Fatalities Reported
Following the most extensive kamikaze drone attack on Lozova in Kharkiv Oblast since the onset of the full-scale war, the death toll has risen to two. A woman succumbed to severe injuries in the hospital, while nine others were reported injured, as confirmed by Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, during a televised briefing.
Four of the injured individuals are currently hospitalized in serious but stable condition. Emergency responders, law enforcement, and municipal services are actively working at the strike sites. Energy crews are working to restore electricity in Lozova. Synegubov also indicated that Russian forces unleashed 34 kamikaze drones on the town.
The attacks resulted in the destruction of the city’s railway station, warehouse buildings, and several residential apartment buildings. Previously, the State Emergency Service reported the death of a railway worker, a dispatcher from one of the local units, due to the drone strike.
