Drone Attacks in Kharkiv Leave 33 Injured, Including Children
On the morning of July 7, 2025, six Iranian-made Shahed-2 drones struck the Kholodnohirskiy district of Kharkiv, resulting in 33 individuals sustaining injuries, as reported by Oleg Synegubov, head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, in a Telegram channel. Among the injured are three children aged 8, 10, and 17, all of whom are experiencing acute stress reactions. Medical personnel are providing necessary assistance to the affected residents, reports 24brussels.
The drone strikes resulted in damage to residential homes, vehicles, administrative buildings, commercial establishments, and other civil infrastructure within the city.
In addition, the attack targeted the premises of the regional recruitment center. During a subsequent nocturnal mass assault involving “Shahed” drones, 31 individuals were injured in the Shevchenkivsky and Slobidsky districts of Kharkiv, including children.
