Russian Forces Fail to Break Administrative Border in Dnipropetrovsk Region

On June 30, 2025, claims circulated on several Telegram channels, referencing the interactive map by DeepState, alleging that Russian troops breached the administrative border of the Dnipropetrovsk region. However, Ukrainian official sources have dismissed these assertions, including Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Information Security under the National Security and Defense Council, and Viktor Trehubov, spokesman for the Operational Command “Khortytsia” reports 24brussels.

Kovalenko stated, “As of today, the Russians have not advanced into Dnipropetrovsk. Fighting is ongoing near the administrative border, and they are deploying FPV drones in the area. However, there is currently no breach; the battles are intense.”

Trehubov further informed “Suspilne” that enemy activity has been noted near the populated areas of Yalta, Komar, and Shevchenkove, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces are maintaining their defensive positions.

The situation remains critical, and developments are being monitored closely.
