Russian Airstrikes Hit Ukrainian Cities, Causing Casualties and Damage
On July 24, 2025, Russian forces dropped four aerial bombs on Konstantinovka in Donetsk Oblast and launched artillery strikes, resulting in the deaths of two women, aged 48 and 59, and injuries to 14 others, according to Vadim Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, on his Telegram channel. Russian airstrikes continue to cause significant civilian casualties in Ukraine, reports 24brussels.
The assault damaged 21 private homes and ten apartment buildings, as well as an administrative building, a café, two stores, and several vehicles. In a separate incident, a man was injured as a result of a Russian FPV drone attack in Myrnohrad.
Days prior, Russian forces targeted two cities in Donetsk Oblast—Sloviansk and Kramatorsk—where a ten-year-old boy was killed in his home, and eight other residents were injured. In Sloviansk, two aerial bombs caused injuries to four civilians.
