Russia targets military recruitment center in Poltava, casualties reported

Russian Forces Launch Mass Drone Strikes in Poltava

This morning, the Russian military launched a large-scale drone attack using “Shahed” units targeting Poltava, striking near the building of the Poltava Unified City Military Recruitment and Social Support Center, according to the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

A fire erupted in the center building of the military recruitment office. Following this, the occupiers conducted a repeat strike near the Poltava Regional Military Recruitment and Social Support Center, causing a blaze at a neighboring private residence. Tragically, there are reported wounded and fatalities, including among the civilian population.
