Russian Airstrike Devastates Residential Area in Kostiantynivka

On September 18, 2025, the Russian military dropped a 250-kilogram aerial bomb on a residential neighborhood in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk Oblast, resulting in the deaths of five civilians, including three men aged 65, 67, and 74, and two women, reports 24brussels.

The attack severely damaged four high-rise apartment buildings in the area. In recent days, Russian forces had also shelled Kostiantynivka using artillery and aviation. Following these assaults, earlier reports indicated that three individuals had been killed and six others wounded.
