Russian Attack on Zaporizhia Region Injures Child

On August 29, a one-year-old boy was injured during a Russian attack in the Zaporizhia region. Medical personnel provided the necessary assistance to the child, reports 24brussels.

The attack involved four strikes on the village of Malokaterynivka, hitting residential buildings. Several private homes caught fire as a result of the explosions, and shockwaves damaged nearby houses and other structures. In addition to the infant, a 70-year-old man also sustained injuries.

Over the course of the day, occupying forces carried out 553 strikes across 13 populated areas in Zaporizhia province.

▪️ Russian troops executed five air strikes on Malokaterynivka, Prymorskoye, Novodanilivka, and Bilohirya.

▪️ Four attacks using multiple rocket launcher systems hit Mala Tokmachka and Novodanilivka.

▪️ A total of 376 UAVs of various modifications (predominantly FPV) targeted Bilienke, Plavni, Huliaipole, Malynivka, Omelnyk, Shcherbaki, Novodanilivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne.

▪️ Artillery strikes were directed at Plavni, Huliaipole, Shcherbaki, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Novoandriivka, and Malynivka, totaling 168 attacks.

Authorities received 45 reports of damage to houses, apartments, agricultural buildings, vehicles, and infrastructure objects.

Earlier reports indicated that by 1:30 PM on August 29, the death toll from a massive aerial attack on Kyiv had risen to 23.
