Russian Drone Attack Injures Eight in Kyiv

On July 28, 2025, eight individuals were injured during a Russian drone strike in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv. The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachyenko, reported the incident via Telegram, confirming that one of the injured is in critical condition. The attack also caused windows to shatter in a residential high-rise building, reports 24brussels.

The air raid alert in Kyiv has been ongoing for approximately five hours, starting from 22:15 on July 27. Emergency services are currently engaged in response efforts, assessing damages and addressing the needs of those affected.
