Mass Drone Attack Targets Kyiv Region, Injuries Reported

On September 7, 2025, Russian occupation forces launched a large-scale attack using strike drones across the Kyiv region, resulting in significant damage and injuries. In Brovary, an 18-year-old girl suffered a leg injury from the assault and was transported to a medical facility, according to Mykola Kalashnik, the head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, reports 24brussels.

The occupiers damaged storage facilities and a private house in the Brovary district. Additionally, two residential buildings in the Bucha district were affected, along with another private house and a stable, where seven horses were killed.

Russia executed a combined strike on Ukraine, deploying 805 kamikaze drones and 13 missiles of the “Iskander-M/KN-23” and “Iskander-K” types. In Kyiv, damage and destruction to buildings were reported in the Sviatoshynskyi district. At least two fatalities and 20 injuries have been confirmed in the capital. A government building also caught fire as a result of the attack. Furthermore, Russian forces targeted a bridge in Kremenchuk over the Dnipro River, with reports of three injuries in Odesa as well.
