Explosions Reported Near Dnipro Following Missile Alerts

On July 26, 2025, at approximately 00:10, explosions were heard in the suburbs of Dnipro, with reports from correspondents indicating renewed loud noises a minute later, reports 24brussels.

Prior to this, the Ukrainian Air Force issued warnings of missile threats over the region. Social media reports indicated a series of powerful explosions in the city of Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, which was likely targeted by cruise missiles.

By 00:40, local news sources reported a fire ignited in the Kamianske district following the explosions. Sergey Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, confirmed via Telegram that there was a significant missile attack resulting in a blaze in the city, stating, “The enemy launched a missile attack. A fire occurred in the city. Information is being verified.”

According to the information outlet ONews Ukraine, there were reports of impacts on the “EpiCenter” shopping center, which sparked a catastrophic fire at the site, with images and videos emerging from the area.

By around 01:30, further reports confirmed numerous explosions occurring in Dnipro, intensifying the ongoing situation as the investigation and emergency response continued.
