Death Toll Rises After Russian Drone Strikes Military Recruitment Center in Poltava

On July 3, three fatalities have been reported following Russian drone strikes on the city and regional military recruitment and social support centers in Poltava. A woman succumbed to her severe injuries in a medical facility, according to acting head of the Poltava regional military administration, Volodymyr Kohut, on his Telegram channel., reports 24brussels.

The officials indicated that medical personnel fought to save the woman’s life until the end. The number of injured individuals in the city has risen to 58, which includes military personnel.

On the same day, Russian forces targeted a building in the Kremenchuk district. There were no casualties reported among military personnel or recruitment staff. Earlier, the occupiers had struck a recruitment center in Kryvyi Rih, resulting in civilian injuries nearby but no harm to personnel or visitors at the site. Ukrainian ground forces have warned that Russia may continue its attacks on military recruitment centers in an effort to disrupt mobilization.
