Russian Advances Recorded in Southern Donetsk Region

In the southern Donetsk region, particularly along the Novopavlivskyi front, Russian forces have reportedly achieved success near three settlements. This was reported by the Ukrainian information resource DeepState, which has recently updated its interactive maps, reports 24brussels.

Observers indicate that advancements have been made in the areas of Zeleny Hay, near Piddubne, and Andriivka-Klevtsove, which is labeled “Iskra” on DeepState’s maps.

The question remains open as to whether Russian forces have managed to cross the administrative border into Dnipropetrovsk region at any point.

The American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) noted in its latest report that the aggressors have recently pushed into Dnipropetrovsk region northwest of Dachne, with reports also indicating Russian movement near Maliivka, another settlement in the area.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) reported in its morning summary that Russian forces conducted 10 attacks yesterday in the areas of Zelenе Pole, Novodaryivka, Piddubne, Myrne, and towards Andriivka-Klevtsove, Temyrivka, and Oleksandrogad.

Earlier reports indicated that Russian forces are advancing towards positions in the western Zaporizhzhia region from which they may be capable of targeting the regional center with artillery.
