Russian Forces Advance Near Kupiansk, Kharkiv Region

On July 13, 2025, Russian troops have made territorial gains near the village of Radkivka in the Kindrashivska community of the Kupiansk district, according to updates from the Ukrainian information resource DeepState, which recently revised its interactive maps. Reports indicate that instead of a frontal assault, Russian forces are attempting to flank Kupiansk from the north, as shown on the updated map, reports 24brussels.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ General Staff confirmed in their evening report that aggression was noted near Kindrashivka, Petropavlivka, Pyschane, Stepova Novoselivka, and Zelenyi Hai, progressing towards the settlement of Novosynove. Here, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled eight Russian attempts to advance.

Earlier reports indicated that Russian forces had progressed near Borivska Andriivka and Zelenyi Hai in the Kharkiv region.
