At an extraordinary meeting, commanders of Georgian units of the Caucasus Union unanimously decided to return to Georgia in order to be ready to act in case of a threat to the country’s security. They declared their full readiness to protect the population by all possible means.
The units are now awaiting an official signal from the President of Georgia, which will determine their next steps.
“We are ready to act in the interests of the people of Georgia, to protect their security and rights as soon as we receive a corresponding order. Our duty is to maintain stability and protect our country,” said representatives of the Georgian contingent.
This decision emphasizes the unity of the Caucasus Union participants and their determination to ensure peace and security in the region.
